Results of the XXIII International Specialized Exhibition ROS-GAZ-EXPO 2019

The XXIII International Specialized Exhibition of the Gas Industry and Technical Facilities for the Gas Industry “ROS-GAZ-EXPO” was held from October 1 to 4, 2019 in St. Petersburg as part of the IX St. Petersburg International Gas Forum. The organizer of the event is VO FAREXPO, one of the largest organizers of exhibitions and congresses in the North-West of Russia.

On an area of 7800 square meters. m. novelties presented by more than 300 companies from 15 countries. The leading market companies traditionally take part in the exhibition, among them: BROEN LLC, ELSTER GAZELEKTRONIKA LLC, Gazprommash Plant, ServiceSoft Group of Companies, METEKO LLC, POLYPLASTIC Group, CenterTechForm LLC, LLC "AVITON", JSC "Energomera" and many others.

Many of the above companies are part of the "Association of gas equipment manufacturers", the collective stand of which presents the entire technological chain for gasification of facilities.

This year, the number of participants has grown by 25%. For the first time at the ROS-GAZ-EXPO exhibition, new developments were presented by Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency JSC, Kurgan Region Cluster Development Center JSC, PENZKOMPRESSORMASH OJSC, Chuvashtorgtechnika JSC, Mehmash LLC, CJSC "Schetpribor", LLC PC "Spetsmash" and many others.

The exhibition has become one of the central events in gas distribution and gas consumption in Russia. More than 10,000 Russian and foreign experts visited the Ros-Gas-Expo exhibition. Among them: top managers, decision-makers on procurement, specialists in gas and related industries, representatives of design, engineering, manufacturing organizations, research institutes, as well as companies in the wholesale and retail sale of equipment, installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. This year the number of visitors increased by 30%, which indicates a high degree of significance of the event for representatives of the gas industry.

At the booth, PKF Ex-Forma LLC demonstrated an innovative development - a mobile temporary gas supply unit MUVPG EKFO - RDP - 50-RDK-50-1-60-67-1307. Also at the exhibition, the company was one of the first to receive the Intergazsert certificate.

The POLYPLASTIC Group showed a sample of the welded connection of pipes PROTEKT RC Gas Detect. PROTECT RC pipes Gas Detect - a new solution for the construction of gas distribution networks, which allows you to quickly determine the location of the polymer pipeline or damage, including the fact of unauthorized tapping.

At the stand of OLMAX, advanced industrial and professional equipment and machines for installation, repair and maintenance of external and internal networks / pipelines, for the construction, repair and maintenance of trunk pipelines and wells were presented.

CIT-Plus LLC presented novelties of equipment for gasification of residential buildings and industrial enterprises, gas-using equipment, gas distribution technologies, instrumentation, pipe fittings, etc.

The plant for the production of polymer pipes "TECHSTROY" demonstrated multilayer pipes Multitech PE100 and / or PE PE100RC, two-layer pipes Multitech II, multilayer pipes MultiTech with a protective sheath PROSAFE.

Traditionally, the section of energy accounting systems is adequately presented. At the stand of ELSTER Gazelektronika LLC, the whole range of products manufactured and delivered by the enterprise was presented: VK-GETe diaphragm gas meters, industrial gas pressure regulators of the HON series, pressure sensors ST 700 and ST800 of the SmartLine family, ultrasonic gas flow meter Q.Sonic max, new modules MTEC telemetry series and much more.

Meteko Group of Companies demonstrated diaphragm, rotational, turbine gas meters, as well as smart meters; electronic proofreaders; measuring systems and much more.

The telemetry section was also presented by well-known companies in the industry. RusTechnology LLC showed new developments in the field of telemetry systems for household and industrial gas metering stations based on BBT blocks, a universal hardware-software complex for monitoring and controlling household automation Smart subscriber and an updated mobile application for iOS and Android, as well as new devices and company software solutions:

• Pressure / temperature sensors with integrated GSM (NB-IoT) modules and autonomous power supply - a long-awaited breakthrough in the construction of parameter dispatching systems, simplifying operating costs and increasing the safety of resource supply facilities.

At the stand of ServiceSoft GC, modern and current samples of equipment of its own production were presented: telemetry equipment for gas distribution (with network and autonomous power options); telemechanics equipment for cathodic protection stations and test points; existing telemetry solutions for gas distribution and gas consumption facilities as a decision support system (DSS) using neural networks and artificial intelligence, based on the method of creating “digital twins” of real objects, as well as an operating pilot device - a “neurocomputer”, which is located in perspective telemetry device of a new generation. It should be noted that the cooperation of companies within the framework of ROS-GAZ-EXPO opens up new developments and solutions for the gas market. Within the framework of the exposition “Modern Domestic Technologies in the Gas Industry”, AKSITEH LLC and Gazprom Space Systems JSC demonstrated joint solutions:

On October 2, within the framework of the exhibition, the special award “Reinforcing Oscar TPA - 2019”, established in 2006 by the TPA MC, was presented. The business program of the exhibition discussed such topical issues as improving the reliability and safety of gas distribution and gas consumption systems, advanced technical developments in the field of gas transportation and sales. The following issues were considered in the framework of the IX International Congress "Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency - Development Dynamics":
